Sh. Baldev Raj Kamrah, an alumnus of BITS Pilani, is an epitome of humility. His ardent passion for bringing about a positive change in the lives of people has borne sweet fruits in the form of the thriving KIIT Family.

Being philanthropic to the core, he has been associated with many organisations like Gandhi Gram, Delhi Social Welfare Board, Anganwadi, to name a few. He has undertaken many social projects, taking care of juveniles and working towards cohesion of people from different caste and creed. He is true Gandhian and a committed worker of Harijan Sewak Sangh. He has been relentlessly working with the most deprived sections of society. He is a care-taker of Gandhi Samarak Nidhi, Rajghat and associated with Akhil Bharat Rachnatmak Samaj.

He is a visionary and way ahead of his times in terms of his understanding of the ways and techniques of imparting education. As a cyclic process, we are re-defining those very techniques envisioned by him in 21st century. Having realised the fact that, the path chosen by him is the only way that works in education. Under his tutelage, KIIT has been rendering quality service in the field of education for more than fifty years.

He is a nonagenarian whose disciplined and healthy life is an inspiration for everyone. It is his guiding philosophy because of which we have soared higher in the field of education, yet our feet have remained firmly rooted in the ever fertile soil of moral values. Sh. Kamrah is a connoisseur, a perfectionist, an exemplary leader and an extraordinary human being who has been conferred with Life Time Achievement Award by Human Rights Council, New Delhi.
